  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed (e.g., net-30 terms for approved accounts). Late payments may incur fees or suspension of Services.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for applicable sales, use, or other taxes unless you provide a valid tax-exempt certificate.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We ship to addresses in the United States, with a focus on the Southeast (AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Delivery: We aim to process orders within [2–3 business days]. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
