Didn't receive the kitt just a light meter

Our bad for sure. Growing Pains!!😖 Here was our resolution.
We've been updating our systems, and during that transfer your messages about order #1219 were missed. That shouldn't have happened. I've reviewed your order and your notes that you only received the light meter / power meter, not the full Fiber Optic Termination Tool Kit (9-in-1) you ordered. We're going to make this right.
What we'll do
1. You return only the meter you received.
2. We provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label (attached) so the return is at no cost to you.
3. As soon as UPS scans your return and tracking shows it is in transit (accepted / on the way to us), we will automatically release your replacement package from our facility for shipment to you. You do not need to wait for us to physically receive the meter before your new package ships.

2. Print the attached UPS return label and affix it clearly on the outside of the package.
3. Drop the package at a UPS drop-off location, UPS Store, or schedule a pickup at ups.com (label is already paid — Return Service).
4. Keep any drop-off receipt if you receive one.
